Not only do I putter around paint on Ceramics in Lauter Atelier, I also offer Painting parties, workshops, commissions, and Linocuts.

Since I am in the process of organising and updating my blog I decided it would be a good idea to post all my services that I offer under Sissy Prints.

I cater for both young and old.

So let's start with the most well know feature

Painting Parties

Painting parties are great events to have with your private group of friends for Birthday parties, team building, or a ladies night out. Both adults and children enjoy learning how to paint with acrylics and finish a piece in one sitting. It is meant to be a soothing and entertaining experience even for those who have never painted before. These events are not only for private groups, but at times I offer public events, usually for Valentines day, Easter, Summer, Fall Halloween, and Winter. Snacks and beverages are always included as well are all the materials.

Workshops

My workshops all tend to be technique driven, and mainly for Watercolour artists/enthusiasts. These events are small in size, in order to focus on each participant and they can truly leave having understood the technique to its totality.

Some workshops that I have offered, have been Expresive floral watercolors in the park, and now in December I will be offering a Christmas Wreath workshop where we paint on a 300 gr Round handmade paper.

Ceramics

I am one of the lucky artists from Lauter Atelier, where sewing and ceramics are offered on a daily basis. on any give day (during opening hours) you can come in a paint on a wide variety of ceramics or learn how to sew anything that can come to your mind.

In addition to this, we offer during different times of the year, special events. These events are mainly seasonally inspired. Currently we are offering Ceramic Evenings. It is during these evenings that you can come into the Atelier, enjoy a nice cuppa and paint and create lovely Christmas gifts. On December 1st and 8th I will be there to help all you lovely english speakers to create and paint to hearts desire on ceramics.

These ceramics were created with my own stamps

Linocuts

Lino prints has been competing with watercolours to be my ultimate obsession. I love it, even though there are many parts to the creating process. You first need to sketch something out, trace it, transfer it, and then start cutting away (mind your fingers!) But once you have created something you can make as many prints as you want. Forever!

If you would like to buy, or create you very own you can also come on into the Atelier and I can teach you all about it.
