Christine Woodard-Weithoffer, also known as Sissy, is a watercolor and digital artist. She studied Art history and Art at La Tadeo in Bogotá and USF, in additions to receiving a degree in International Relations and Classical studies. .

She comes from a family of artists where painting, literature and music were important facets of life. Her mother is a well known miniaturist painter who studied under Joan Willies.
Christine "Sissy's" artwork is based on her perception and emotions. It is through art that she was able to overcome many difficult situations, and because of the power of art she was able to understand and surpass them.
While living in Kaiserslautern, Germany she was offering art events for children, couples, sororities, organizations, and private groups.
She currently lives in Plouzané, France with her family and offers commissions, art lessons in English, Spanish, and German, and in the future will be offering art events and retreats.
